I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. I was also delighted to discover that it was situated next to an upscale shopping mall, offering a wide range of stores. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms and large windows that provided fine views. The breakfast offered a great mix of traditional and western fare, and the staff was cute and friendly.

One downside to be aware of is the crowded lobby area, which can become hectic and feel overwhelming at times.

My recent stay at Kerry Hotel in Beijing was fantastic! The hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a cozy armchair and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and had both a shower and a bath tub, as well as a Japanese toilet seat.

Although there were a lot of families with children , it didn't bother me much. The only downside was that I had to purchase breakfast with my room, instead of being able to grab a coffee at a nearby cafe.

Every time we needed anything, whether it was more water in our room or assistance with laundry, the staff was prompt and attentive. Their attention to detail, like folding our clothes with precision and wrapping them in tissue paper, really impressed us. The front desk staff and the food and beverage team were all friendly, sincere, and efficient. The hotel also boasts fantastic facilities, including a state-of-the-art health club and a luxurious indoor pool.

Luxurious stay with exceptional amenities. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered by the attentive staff's care. Our spacious room was elegantly appointed and equipped with exclusive amenities that made our stay truly indulgent. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, with a comprehensive range of treatments that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The dining options were superb, with a delicious in-room breakfast and an impressive restaurant offering tasty local and international cuisine. Cons: Only one minor issue, the outdoor swimming pool area was closed for renovation during our visit. this minor inconvenience was more than compensated by all the other luxurious amenities that the venue has to offer.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time! The hotel had excellent facilities and services. The staff at the concierge and front desk were very attentive and helpful. I especially enjoyed the personal executive services offered at the 18th floor. The laundry service was quick and thorough, and they even pointed out faults in garments for repairs. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The in-room fridge with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. The hotel also had a awesome breakfast and lunch spread with a wide variety of selections.

Spacious and well-equipped fitness center. Giant mall and CBD within walking distance. Recognizable and welcoming waiters and concierge. 5-star service with spick and span rooms. Fresh fruits, flowers, and TV in bathroom mirror. Great 18th floor lounge.

That the doors in the hotel could be quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive at times.

The rooms were on a higher level and offered great views, especially of the famous CCTV Tower. The attention to detail was evident, from the high-tech bathrooms to the comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service at the Front Desk and speaking fluent English. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options including Western cuisine and serving delicious cocktails. it was an excellent base for venturing into the city.
